All the things that are written in the detailed reviews are right , it was my mistake not reading the reviews before employing their services . They don't have enough resources to employ, they provide you with people who don't turn up after few days / or do a shabby job. They don't have a policy to refund your money , so once you have paid up the money it is a sunk cost . I asked if I can come and see the agency they mentioned we have office in Navi mumbai and later when I said I want to come there and see the office ,they mentioned they are WFH. To be fair I would like to say they tried to find a resource , they took the agency fees and then told me that your budget is low which is not right . Even when I increased by budget to 17k for 12 hour maid they were unable to find a good one .After struggle of 1 months I have let go of my money and searching locally now .

They provided me a maid in the month of July and she worked properly for a month. She keep asking money all the time. Now she is asking for irrelevant hike. I have taken yearly subscription. I have tried reaching out the agency on multiple occasion for replacement but there is no response from agency. Fraud agency and doing fraud business. Please dont hire from this agency.

I hired maid through them and they were very good for first time and when my maid started taking leaves too many we asked them to help on replacement as we were looking someone to be replaced in urgent basis due to our work commitment. They didn’t response after so many calls and messages. It’s so unfair as they have signed the deal saying they will replace within few days and also 3 replacement. They are so unprofessional and non responsive. Amazed to see how they treat the customer from already they have taken money. Please don’t expect any replacement from them. They treat well to first time customers as they make money from them.So be aware.

Based on my experience with other agencies while hiring maids I have realized that what makes a company stand out different is the polite staff and most importantly the promises made. Mychores team is very professional and helps you find out a suitable person as per the requirement. I was looking for a nanny for my four year old, and I had specific requests, which they were able to find, not exactly to the mark but they made efforts to give me someone close to my expectations. It took them little longer but worth the wait. I am a happy satisfied customer. Good luck team

The worst place anyone can refer to for their needs. The first maid they sent was a really bad one and didn't even know basic chores. For replacement their staff left them, their system crashed and apparently they had issues with their phones all the time. They see the messages and call but never want to respond or provide services. They tell the maids that they can work for a certain period of time and leave after they have money so they don't have to provide replacement after the contract. Please never use their services ever, their prices are low because they don't provide services only, they just take the money and sit

I use the services and I am very satisfied. They organized for me a domestic help and for when I was not too happy with her they got me a replacement within 3 days. The service professionals are prompt to respond and are willing to take onus. With my experience my extended family has also hired domestic help through them and they are also very happy to have chosen mychores

Very prompt and quick solution for a maid. It took them few days to help me find a maid, but after giving me a choice between few candidates, I have a good maid to take care of my baby. They also promised me for police verification and was handed in a week's time after I paid in full. Good work and all the best..
