Had booked bathroom cleaning service and had a very bad experience. They had sent a guy who came and worked for 10 min and finished cleaning one bathroom and said this cannot be done manually pay 1200 for machine cleaning which was not told before. The guy had got another lady who the company was unaware of. Highly unprofessional and unsafe if they do not know who comes onsite for cleaning. The lady who books services was not helpful to coordinate the situation and just cut calls and said she would call back. They have also scrubbed on the mirror and use Cheap diluted chemicals which smell and don't clean.

I regret to say that a team member by name Manju assured of spot visit two times to discuss on my service requirements never kept up his words nor had the courtesy to call back. I remark that they have neither credibility or commitment.

You can call this the height of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility. I contacted these cleaners last Saturday, and a guy named Manju answered the call. He assured me they would come at 1:30 PM, so I made sure to be at home on time, even skipping my lunch to wait for them. When I called around 1:45 PM to check on their status, Manju claimed to be on his way. However, after 2:30 PM, he stopped answering my calls altogether. I tried calling him the whole day and next day also. He didnt receive my calls., neither had the courtesy to call back.!! I don’t understand the simple fact that if they can’t make it, they should just say so and provide an accurate date and time when they can. This is the epitome of unprofessionalism!
