Just used them for testing in 1 washroom, time taken was apporx 4 hours, they cleaned with acid (which is no rocket science), broke a pipe and left, we had to find the issue and call him back, it’s been 2 days and issue reminded unresolved, finally no I am getting it done by paying to other vendor. We do not recommend using him, they just speak well but work wise they are 0.

I booked a cleaning service with Nagda Cleaners but was disappointed with the experience. The cleaning did not feel worth the money charged. In addition, the behavior and temper of the cleaner could definitely improve — politeness and professionalism are as important as the cleaning itself. I hope the team works on these aspects, because the service has potential but needs improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nargada Cleaning Services. They don’t send anyone to visit the site before giving a quotation, which leads to confusion later. They made big promises about deep cleaning, including cleaning cupboards and the kitchen, but when their staff arrived, they kept questioning what needed to be done and refused to clean certain areas. We had chosen the most expensive deep cleaning package, expecting thorough work, but the team didn’t want to clean everything as agreed. When we decided to cancel and requested a refund of the 60% advance payment, the representative delayed it, saying he needed to "go to the office," even though it was just an online transfer. Initially, he even tried to deduct money for the team’s travel, which was unreasonable. After a lot of back-and-forth, we finally got our refund, but only after unnecessary stress and argument. Overall, very poor service, poor communication, and not at all professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or transparent cleaning services.

We had a terrible experience with Nagda Cleaning Services. At the time of booking, the representative made tall promises and strongly convinced us to go for the most expensive Diwali cleaning package for our 3BHK (1300 sq. ft). However, once the cleaning team arrived, they started refusing most of the tasks that were discussed and agreed upon earlier. In the end, their idea of "Diwali cleaning" was just basic sweeping and mopping, for which they were charging ₹8,000 — absolutely unreasonable and very different from what was committed. When we asked for a refund, the person kept delaying the process with one excuse after another. After a lot of follow-ups and mental harassment, the refund was finally made, but even then he argued about deducting fuel charges — for no fault of ours. To make things worse, after we posted an honest review about our experience, the owner personally called us, yelled on the phone, behaved very rudely, and even threatened us to delete our review. His way of talking, especially to women, was extremely disrespectful and indecent. We had to record the conversation for our own safety. It’s shocking that instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the owner resorted to intimidation. Please do not trust the positive reviews blindly — our experience was completely the opposite. Very poor quality of service, false promises, and unprofessional behavior. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
