I had a very disappointing experience with Golden Transport today. I was called and asked to arrive at 11:00 AM to pick up my packages. I reached the location exactly at 11:00 AM, but the staff did not arrive until 11:40 AM. Even after arriving, they didn’t start the process immediately. I only received my packages by 12:00 PM. Very poor punctuality and lack of professionalism. Not recommended if you're expecting timely service.
Service is good Very cooperative people working on front desk
Very disappointed Third class service even the staffs behaviour was bad, poor in customer handling.
Very slim Gali there is no place to park vehicle and pick the parcel in your own 4 wheeler , you need to take auto for parcel to get it to your work place
Poor Service and rude behaviour .
Worst service, very much delay in the arrival of the package, rude behavior of the staff, it's better to send your package by other transporters.
Not punctual about the timing, delivery not confirm becs vehical not available office said takes 10day min to delivered any parcel
