I recently booked a house shifting service, and the team did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and handled all items with great care. The packing and shifting process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly satisfied with their service

Worst experience with these guys. I booked movers and packers from nobroker.com and these folks were assigned as partners. Since the packing started at 3.30 I wanted them to expedite. They did not come to visit the flat and after arriving there started complaining that their vehicle can't come near the stairs and they can't carry it till the gate which was just 20 mts from the stairs. They made me book smaller vehicle in porter.com and made me pay 1000 bucks additionally. Then when the driver arrived some of them went away(not sure , may be for tea) and made the driver wait for 30-40 minutes without loading anything. Since the society where I was shifting to allowed the shifting only till 8 pm, they said they would be able to ship most of the items except a few., but left almost all of crockery, kitchenware and pooja items a few big photo albums (which we had to struggle and carry on our own. the whole of next day). And again when they arrived at destination flats, they again started throwing tantrums saying service lift is far off,and my flat is far off from the service lift and threatened to stop th ework ,dump the material there itself and leave. When I called Nobroker, they started supporting these folks saying I should mention the distance between the main entrance and lift and flat which was ridiculous(So they won't come and inspect, but I have to give the building plan of my current and future apartments to nobroker.com and these folks?) So I had to shell additional three thousand five hundred from my pocket.(Seems they sensed the urgency and my position and started squeezing money) And at the destination again as it was too late, I requested them to leave the cartons and collect them next day so that I can unpack all the next day. For this again some of the workers(and yeah, these workers seemed very aggressive )started demanding 500 per carton and citing nobroker won't allow the same. Finally after I myself unpacked 7 to 8 cartons, literally dumping the contents as they were rushing me, they came and helped me to unpack other cartons. And when I requested to send 1 or 2 persons for a few hours the next day, they demanded 1000 bucks per person. So I, my wife and kid had to spend a whole day to clear the left out items .Do not trust nobroker.com nor these guys. Wish I could give 0 stars to them, but seems I is the least. My sincere advice stay away from these folks as well as nobroker.com
