Worst experience ever ... They are very unprofessional, They will not give on time delivery, no proper response to the customer and when they picked they spoke very rudely.. Initially when we called them,they told us the final charges are below 5000, once the items has been picked, billing amount was 10000. They charged unnecessary for unnecessary things.. Don't go for Navkranti packers movers..Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Very rude staff and very rude behaviour of the packing guys. NO ON TIME DELIVERY. NO PROPER RESPONSE TO CALLS. BEFORE PICKING ITEMS CHARGING IS DIFFERENT, ONCE THEY PICK UP THE ITEMS THEY PLAY GAMES AND CHARGE MORE THAN 2 TIMES. INITIALLY THEY SAY TO PAY HALF., WE PAID HALF AMOUNT, ONCE THEY PICKUP ITEMS THEY ASK US TO PAY FULL AMOUNT , WE REJECTED IT BY SAYING WE WILL PAY THE REST OF THE MONEY AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, BUT THEY DENIED AND PLAYED GAMES BY SAYING WE WILL NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS IF THE FULL AMOUNT IS NOT PAID BEFORE THE DELIVERY ITSELF. THEN WE PAID FULL AMOUNT AFTER THAT ALSO WE SUFFERED ALOT BECAUSE OF NO ON TIME DELIVERY AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF. Worst experiance. Although the material reached at the end some of the items on which the number was not Mentioned they don't return us the items which belonged to us.. Make sure items are numbered correctly and are in list for sure. Don't forget to take pictures of items and the guys who come to take items for reference. I don't suggest anyone to go for this Packers and movers.

I had taken the service from Nav Kranti movers and packers On August 01 to shift my rented house from Bod Uppal to Pocharam. I paid them 6500 as they asked .. First of all they bring a small vehicle and at the end moment , I hired one more by paying from my pocket. It was still ok till this. They took my Dressing table and Cushions of my swings and never return it.. I am calling them for last two half months, they never helped me.. The guy stop taking my call. Once they picked one of my call from other number and said he is on Airport.. Will get back to me.. I have contacted them almost 100 Times. Please be careful of this Guy. They are very unprofessional. I am going to file with Consumer Forum to teach them a lesion.. I also paid them 1000 as tips for shifting.. still they did with me.. I have added the slip as well as proof

They have not shared the insurance paper which they claimed .Means they are cheaters ,
