Navata Road Transport

Really bad service, They are not prioritising for customer Goods ,service is very bad, I have booked my bike parcel from Chennai to AP and they are broken my bike front doom light.when I question, thy are not Answering properly employees,

I have transported 40kgs from Chennai to Kadapa. Reasonable cost around 200 rupees. Goods received in 3 days. Good service by Navata. You have to pack your luggage carefully, packing, locks everything. They will say they are not responsible if you don't pack well

Don't go to this transport service. Worst transport service in Chennai Guindy. They always charging extra amount instead of the actual bill amount. the person behaves very rude. 1. They wont help to load the parcels in vehicles, but they charging for that also. 2. No proper response for phone calls. 3.Extra charges like 40, 50 rs dependent above booking charges. 4.we can't park the vehicle more than 5 mins to load the parcels, b'coz the office locates in pakka residential area..

The service is a bit slow. They did not help in packaging of the goods but still charged me for packaging. The cost of transport is very less and the transportation is good. It is difficult to locate the office in the small streets but following the Maps, we can find it.

Excellent Transport. I booked Bike for Shipping. They delivered on time but Charged more than the receipt amount. They delivered well. Thanks but., Prices may be reduced and collected as per receipt . Thanks

The worst transport I ever saw in my life. There will be a person in alandur who put a manual bill written in hand filling with random amount and hide the original copy from us.real cheaters. Don't ever reccomend this transport even there is no option.

This is probably been run by some savage person(s) who is/are long way from entering the culture of customer service. They just don't know how to handle a customer via a phone and end up threatening the customer. Their licensing should be revoked for this alone. Pure shame!!!
