Navata Road Transport

Terrible service. Damaged my items and showed zero accountability. Highly irresponsible.

Word pathetic wont suffice their service. Im not expecting 5star service but atleast a responsible one. The scooter and other luggage which we transferred are badly damaged and when asked the guy rudely answered and to my surprise he is expecting tip (in the name of porter union fee) of 500rs for the poor service they rendered.

Rude behaviour and No professionalism. Too many dents happened to my bike and one of the side mirror of my bike was broken in transit and when questioned about this they responded very rudely to me and more over they are expecting a tip when I declined to give them the tip they left the bike without unpacking and saying they won't unpack the bike unless I give them the additional amount they demanded.Left with no choice I have unpacked my vehicle myself. Do not choose this this transport.

Always asking for extra money for cooli. Irresponsible, arrogant behaviour

Navata transport is the best regional transport in A.p with its reach to all southernmost and Bengal States.Easy access,safe transit,genuine service.I had very very decent experiences with navata transport all the times. I used to shift districts and during shifting i always think of Navata transport first.Transit is good and delivery is acceptable.Transparent price policy and all the round service is back bone of this service.Prices are very competitive with other transport services.Main point of Navata transport services is they are each and every where in villages also which connects me really well. Give a try with first priority.
