Navatha transport is very bad, please don't book any valueblu items, recently I booked my bike with full petrol tank, actually before booking we need to remove the petrol but manager not informed me, they haven't taken full petrol and sent the bike, once received the bike then I called them, now they are blaming to workers who is working in the branch. He is bragingin with me, I will send money 200 or 400 my personal amount like that. One more thing the parcel amount 1200 but he is taken 1800, so please don't book in Madanapalli navatha transport.

Navata transport is getting a bad name with the manager behaviour. he is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. there is no customer value. and there is no available customer service offering. if this still goes like this business will become worse. better to change that stupied person. 1 rating is also a waste.

Worst attitude of the personnel there..arrogant behaviour...the way they deal with clients seems completely unprofessional..I would rather give zero or negative rating if that was there
