Extremely disappointed with the service at Navata Road Transport – KPHB branch. The staff, including the owner Praveen, are extremely rude and unprofessional. They rarely answer calls, fail to maintain promised delivery times, and show zero accountability. Despite multiple follow-ups, the attitude remains careless and arrogant. This is not the kind of service one expects from a reputed logistics company like Navata. I sincerely urge others to avoid this branch at all costs. Navata should seriously reconsider continuing the dealership with this branch, as it damages the brand’s reputation.

WORST service with NAVATA Transport. One star also waste. You can see few of reviews related to bike, every one share their bad experience with NAVATA. My scooty break, front dome, side stand got damaged. They will charge RS 1750 Transport + 500 packing + 100 unloading from Mangalagiri to kphb Hyderabad bike transport and they have rights to damage vehicle anything in between. Highlight thing is they will take acceptance signature from us for if had any damage to vehicle no responsibility from their side. And they will say that we will not do anything, as formality we are taking signature. They will put heavy weights on bike and no one care about your vehicle and if ask about damage, they simply say that you already signed for acceptance if had anything no responsibility. If you are giving your #bike# to NAVATA Transport for transport, you have to plan for replacement of damaged parts of your bike while delivering. Think twice, we are giving costly item to them. # If need bike transport please go with Railway transport # # PLEASE Do not go for #NAVATA TRANSPORT#

Before service only got to know that these people won't respond for calls I tried many times what ever they provided number in website but no response

Charging extra amount force fully saying labour charges

I used this service at this location, they committed to deliver my bike within 4 days. but they delivered 12 days. and my bike also damaged. i make a couple of calls to customer care, but they dont know where the corrier location.

"This has been the worst service experience. We handed over our fridge a week ago, but it has still not been packed or delivered to the destination. On top of that, the team is giving careless and irresponsible responses , and they don't even responding to calls. Extremely disappointed — I would not recommend this service to anyone."

I have been regularly booking parcels at this branch mainly Rice from hometown. This is a NO high-tech place but serves the purpose well. At times they will be very busy with the number of customers being served, so we need bear in mind to be patient enough and wait for our turn. Staff will respond properly if we have patience. Overall good experience here.
