I had a terrible experience with this company...At first they'll talk very nicely.They will tell less price but once we start the procedure they'll increased the Amount..And later they won't pick the call and they won't respond properly..They told with in one day they will do the delivery but for me they took more than one week... After so many calls they start doing the process..And no labours to shift the items we have to arrange the labour...And my table fan is missing..very worst experience from this company...I never suggest anyone for the movers and packers...Am giving one star just for the packing...

On 29th Sept, Neha confirmed my booking from Bangalore and quoted a reasonable price, including loading, transport, and unloading in the Company vehicle and delivery in 2–3 days. After pickup, on 2nd Oct, she sent a revised invoice with a much higher amount and refused to dispatch the goods unless I paid in full. Left with no choice, I paid the inflated amount. Delivery was delayed to day 6. From 4th Oct, Neha stopped answering calls. No tracking info or driver details were shared. On day 6, the driver called me in the afternoon, and the goods arrived in a KL-registered return truck, with no connection to the company. The driver came alone — there was no unloading support, and I had to arrange unloading and final transport myself at extra cost. SCAM WARNING This company outsources to random return trucks at low costs but charges customers high fees with false promises. They: Mislead on pricing and delivery Stop all communication after payment Fail to provide basic services like unloading ⚠️ AVOID NH INDIA PACKERS & MOVERS!⚠️ Unprofessional, deceptive, and unreliable. Do not fall for their fake promises.

Scam alert. Worst experience, they will increase the price once everything is packed and transported. They will ditch the calls once amount is paid, total scamsters. Utterly disappointed by the service

Worst courier company ever, they will not lift the call once payment is done and they will never respond. If we are sending any parcel then we need to pray to God if we get the parcel in good condition or not and for sure they will not deliver intime they will promise to deliver in 1 day but it will take 10 days. They will test our patience. Never and ever use this courier service

Big time cheaters. They broke every damn furniture we ask them to transport. We had transported sofa and chair ..4 legs broken and 3 were missing.currently my sofa is not in a condition where i can use. Plus, they didn’t deliver the furniture to the apartment just kept it in the basement saying not our job. Our dressing tables mirror was broken. Rocking chair broken, bookshelf broken, scratches and bruises all over the furniture. They asked us not to take insurance and promised safe delivery and now for these damages are refuting to compensate us plus refusing to reimburse for unloading charges we had to pay. They are a very small team and doesn't know how to conduct business. Probably they don’t have balls to own for the mistakes they did.
