Generally me review nhi krta hu... Pr aaj mere sath jo hua it was eye opening to me.. I have installed my new AC with them.. service was prompt as I mentioned earlier in my review... Now after 2.5 months after AC was not functioning well I have called them that u have installed this please look in to.. they said sir cooling nhi ho rha hai ab to bahut time hogya hmari responsibility nhi hai.. then I called the customer care of my AC.. they came and checked and told me installation was not properly.. Your AC is fully serviceable but gas is leaked due to casual installation.. And I have to pay 3300 Rs for gas charging because it was installed outside not from the company service provider.. after paying that amount at least they assured me if there is any gas leakage they will take care of the next one year up to company warranty....

Very bad experience with this AC service. We reached out to them after seeing their good reviews, but now we realize those might be forced, just like how they pressured us to leave one too. So here's my real, unfiltered experience to help others avoid the same mistake. On 6th April, they came to refill gas in our AC, gave us a 3-month warranty, and charged us ₹3049. Just 9 days later, on 15th April, the AC stopped cooling again. We tried calling them multiple times, they either didn’t pick up or didn’t bother to respond properly. It’s now been 4 days and we’ve been suffering in this unbearable heat. The AC is only 2 years old and it was working fine before just needed a gas refill. Their service clearly made things worse. This feels like a scam, and we deeply regret trusting them. I hope this helps others not get fooled the way we did.
