To make matters worse, they provided a random Google Pay number for payments, and after transferring money, they refused to acknowledge the receipt. Instead, they kept demanding more and more money, with no end in sight. It's been over a month now, and my goods are still not delivered. This company has caused me immense stress and financial loss. They are completely untrustworthy and operate like scam artists. Please, do not fall into their trap. Avoid Nice Deal Packers and Movers at all costs if you value your peace of mind and your belongings. They are nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to cheat unsuspecting customers. This was a huge mistake, and I hope others don't have to go through what I did. Stay away!

FRAUD ALERT!!!!! Horrible Experience with Nice Deal Packers and Movers - Avoid at All Costs! I deeply regret choosing Nice Deal Packers and Movers. It has been over a month, and they have not delivered my goods. After taking possession of my belongings, they demanded advance payment through random GPay numbers, which seemed suspicious from the start. Once I made the payment, they refused to acknowledge receipt. When I asked them to return my goods, they demanded an outrageous amount—double the value of my belongings! This is nothing short of extortion. Their communication is completely unprofessional, and they provide no clarity or accountability. I am now stuck in an endless nightmare, unable to retrieve my goods or trust them to deliver anything. This company is running a fraudulent operation, and I urge everyone to steer clear of them. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartache—DO NOT use Nice Deal Packers and Movers. They are the epitome of dishonesty and unprofessionalism

Nice deal packers movers in Pune are truly exceptional. The packing quality is very fine and their team is cooperative and responsible. A big thank you to the entire team of Nice deal packers for their outstanding service. The professionalism and politeness of the team during their job was truly impressive. They did not ask for any extra money beyond the service charge. We are definitely looking forward to using your services again in the future.

Worst service ever, these people give you some what less quotation than others but they harm your stuff. I personally booked separate truck to deliver my stuff. But later on they put in combined truck. They misplaced my properties. I gave less money to them.please don't go with their service. They are very very careless in handling your vehicles it cost me 2000 rs to recover. Their insurance policy is also waste.

This packers and movers doesn't deserve any star. Extremely poor service. Things never happen as per his promise made. He takes services of other packers in route and keep customers facing problems. Once payment is done he forgets everything even not picks up calls and replies any text. I will never recommend services provided by him. Their staffs always creeping for tips also for their bad services.

This guys are real cheaters (thieves). Suggest everyone not go to this guys for any transportation services. I used their services for my car transport. The moment they got payment, they stopped picking up calls and stopped responding to provide any update on whereabouts. Also, they handed over my car to third party to transfer which took about 20 days to reach to my native state. Also their address given on web site is fake, no one can locate them and find their office.Most of the good feedback given on their web site is by their own people to trap service users. Further , during transfer, they damaged my car door. Surprisingly upon complain, they started calling us to collect all the photos and pictures for insurance claim, but did not do revert back once they got all relevant documents. I called reliance General Insurance to check about Insurance details, and found that insurance what made on some Mr. Gopal Pandey name but not on my name for my vehicle. Seem they made false insurance and applied for claim and kept claim amount with them and cheating Insurance company. They are professional cheaters and should be send behind the bar for cheating peoples. It is better to avail services from a reputed movers and packers for hassle free services. Avoid Nice Deal for any engagement.
