My main pipelines from tank was broken. I called Nk PLUMBER he was quick to respond, And arrived within 15 min to repair the broken pipe. I am very satisfied with his service. He was reasonable too

My toilet’s water tank was leaking and not filling up for the flush to work. I googled the word "plumber" and NK Plumber showed up in the results. I called him and he visited me within half an hour. After doing an examination of the problem, he said that two washers had to be changed and he would have to buy them from the hardware store. He left and came back after a while with two washers (one of them was dirty and looked used but he said that it had become dirty sitting in the shop, I found out later that he had cleaned the old washer and reinstalled it as a new one, thereby deceiving me) which he installed and the problem subsided, albeit not completely. There was still some water coming in the bowl of the toilet to which his response was that I should get a new toilet installed and it would cost ₹7000 as my toilet had become old. I told him that I had no intentions of replacing a perfectly normal toilet and he should just fix it which is why I had called him. He left saying that the problem could not be fixed completely. I said that I would call him should any problem arise. Five minutes after he left, strange vibrating noises have started coming from the jet spray and the toilet. They are recurring every ten seconds. I called him about this and he said that he would come in some time but didn’t turn up. I called him again and he didn’t pick up the phone. I sent him a video I had made depicting the problem. After three hours, I called him again and he said to me that he would either come late in the evening or in the morning as he’s busy elsewhere. He also said that he didn’t know what was causing that noise. He has spoiled my toilet, cheated me for ₹600, and is not fixing the new problem he has created. I think this plumber is a crook. Do not call him. His main motive is to make money out of you and he gives no guarantee that the problem would get solved and would not recur. He will force you to leave a positive feedback right there and then and when you say that you would do it later, he would force you again. I didn’t do it and told him that I needed to think before I could write.
