Booked Nobroker Packer and Mover. Very unprofessional. Packing and handling are very poor. Got my temple and bed very badly damaged and gave me assurance to give only 1000 bugs. I also booked insurance of 1 lac @3000 bugs but that was totally waste and they have a policy to claim the loss in 48 hours. How come each and every item can be unwrap and inspected in 48 hours if the number of items are in good quantity. I have booked an add-on for uninstalling the AC, but the person was incompetent, resulting in my 6 months old AC motherboard problem and gas leakage problem. I must say they are highly unprofessional and doing tantrums. Their planning is really poor, I have to give extra 2000 bugs to unload my goods at delivery point. Third class service. Some small items are also missing like flower pots, damage wipers and idols. Really poor service

This has been the worst relocation experience I’ve ever had with a Porter company The workers sent by this company were incredibly careless and unprofessional. I ended up paying twice for the same service. During the move, several of my items were stolen, including my AC pipe, citron rods, and even a golden mirror was destroyed. They also destroyed my chair. Shockingly, they insisted I pay upfront, likely because they knew they had already taken my belongings and wanted to ensure they were paid before I realized anything was missing. Despite receiving full payment, they still didn’t complete the job. My 3-seater and 2-seater sofas were left outside, and the workers simply drove off, abandoning the move halfway. I had no choice but to hire local laborers to finish the job and had to pay again out of pocket. To make matters worse, the company’s customer care was completely unhelpful. They seemed more interested in charging extra fees than resolving issues. Even when I agreed to additional charges, they failed to complete the job. This company is not only untrustworthy, they are reckless, dishonest, and downright destructive. If you’re not vigilant, they will steal or ruin your belongings. The photos attached are just a glimpse, even the backs of my chairs were torn. This was my first time using them, and it will absolutely be the last.

The team was exceptional. They were proactive and ensured that all stuff was packed properly and with utmost care. They helped me with packing, unboxing - very cooperative and patient. Thank you Nobroker !!
