Traumatic and Worst Experience with Packers & Movers When I initially started talking to Nobroker I received the best service one could think of. Sales executive, Manjunath, answered my call even if I just left a missed call. They were attentive and answered all my queries. That was..until I paid and they got my money. Once I did, everything changed. They lied about everything from the means of transporting my belongings to the number of people they'd send. I had to beg for everything- from asking them to please wrap fragile items in bubble wrap to begging them to be careful with my mattress on which even my 1.5 year old son sleeps( which was dragged and left uncovered). I quite literally had to beg them to do the work I paid them to do. I still cannot believe a company like this exists because how are you in business if you treat paying customers like this. Every time I spoke to the contact person for the personal, it felt like I was a hostage. Everything was being threatened with extra money, it was looking like he was just there to extort money from us. We were in such helpless situation that in my mind all wanted was to get the stuff to Bangalore and give this person what he wants. Once I reached my destination I had to also beg them to unwrap the things and help me set things up- which they were again paid to do. They reluctantly did things because I was behind the workers forcing them to do it. I am so angry and so disappointed in their service. Please read this before you engage with this company. These people are frauds and I am more than willing to fight the long battle to get my money back for the horrible work they've done. They ruined our move and my family and I had to find alternative solutions to get things done. All they want is your money.

I had a great experience with NoBroker Packers & Movers. The team arrived on time, packed everything carefully, and delivered all items without a single scratch. Very professional and polite staff. Highly recommended!

worst experience from their staff during shifting my from hyderabad to kerala.so unprofessional behavior from packing people.denied to bubble wrap mixer, cycle, lights etc.denied to even pack utensils in its boxes.even denied to wrap washing machine, fridge etc. and had to yell at them.grabbing every type of things,to boxes with no care, not even keeping properly in box.keeping unwanted things also.big hole on side of box and items missed from that box.boxes torn on top.no unpacking and unloading.asked tip.as they denied to pack my nonstick pans even after giving their cardboxes, it got scratches and became unusable.no info got the day before of arriving as informed earlier and tracking updated only after delivering the items.

Worst service ever Nobroker team- Please ensure to inform customer what's included and what's not included in package. Movers n packers team - they bought all items in lift even though we communicated lift should not be used for heavy Guage items like beds heavy pots wardrobe steel almara dressing table , we had our apartment people complained on us on day1. Items were dumped, they were not labeled.wooden wardrobe latches were missing,
