Nice office but as all government office do, here work is also a little bit of time taking and slow . Worker work here are nice in behaviour and all security officer ask everyone to wear mask and maintain distance from others which is good for everyone and all officer are also nice. Atlast I want to say need some improvement in speeding in all office work and expect this all are best here.

Some staff members doesn’t even know how to behave. Overall, worst experience.

Overall a very nice experience bt the road is very busy and crowdy...it's a busy road...proper parking is available still one can find car bikes parked in a bad manner..

Worst experience ever. Most of the time current is not there and when current is there server is not there. And if by god grace both is there officers are so lazy, they r not there. Went here 7-8 time for my car re-registration. Not able to do so till now.

Easy to locate in the town and very well managed. There are instructions and messages all around the office walls. Traffic Rules and Road Signs could be learned easily from the posters and hoardings pasted on the wall. Rooms are marked with Officer's designation as such officers are very conveniently found. Staffs are cooperative and helpful.

It's been 2 years since I have applied for a new registration card and it has not yet been delivered to my address. I also came many times to DTO but they keep giving excuses and works really slow. One thing I forgot was taking their contact information,does anyone have contact details? The website one doesn't work!

Most lazy, lack of communication and don't expect anything on time worst DTO in Assam, but their own rules are very strict. I have applied for removing RC bank hypo, 1 year passed not received my RC yet.
