I had requested a service from Vinayak Refrigeration for my washing machine repair. However, the service experience was quite disappointing. After raising a complaint, a technician arrived a day later and did some repairs. The machine worked for a short while but then stopped working again after an hour. Despite multiple requests for them to recheck and fix the machine, the technician has been unresponsive for the past four days, continuously promising to come but not showing up. I am quite dissatisfied with the service and the lack of follow-up.
