Om Turanth Express (Khatodara, Surat)

our material retualarly coming from them but from last 6-8 months, they are charging randomly. Don't know how they calculated it. For last 2-3 times, they charged double for the material with almost same weight and dimension from same location. Called 2-3 times to customer care for the same but no response.

I wish I could give them minus stars. worst service. Extremely rude behaviour. they charge for door delivery and denied for door delivery saying it's not our area. their staff shouts at customers, disconnects call in between. they say, agar chaiye to khud aake le jao. this not professional at all.

Surat VRL office Review 1: VRL Transport's local tempo staff are very unprofessional. Even though they arrive on time, they refuse to unload the goods properly. They come and create unnecessary hassle, expecting customers to manage everything themselves. Very poor and irresponsible service. --- Review 2: Not satisfied with the local delivery behavior of VRL Transport. The tempo drivers don't cooperate during unloading and act as if it's the customer's job. They just drop the goods and stand aside, causing unnecessary stress. Totally unprofessional approach.

Though Delivery was perfectly on time. But their godown incharges & customer care people are very unprofessional, even some of them are very rude. They put wrong(much extra then discussed) freight charge on builty & after which they say "Paisa to itna hi dena pdega, warna maal nhi denge." But at last, luckily Had a word with owner Mr Chirag, so the matter was sorted,with but 50% satisfaction only. In Short, highly disappointed with the customer care service!! One should be very careful with them.

I have been using their service from a long time but now the service has become worst. Firstly their charge is higher than others as they will promise next day delivery but will not deliver on time. Every time they have the same reason that they don't have a local tempo to deliver. Secondly They will either not answer their calls or will be busy. And to add to it even if they will answer the call no satisfactory answer; forget about courteousness and customer service.
