You are unprofessional that I already experienced. My mother can't walk upto 2nd floor and check the packaging and today You have proved again that you are worst professionally. You are replying me after 6 months. And I had not lied at all. I am not like OMX packers and movers. So how fast you replying for the review shows your professionalism. People, before you take their services be aware, if you call them later on their staff will shout on you and they will try to keep your mouth shut, as well as they have manners less, etiquette less, rude, unprofessional staff. If someone don't take insurance it doesn't mean that you should not hand over the stuff carefully. They will not wait for payment till the time you reach the place. They have team- 1 will say i will wait for payment and another will force you to pay because they know how they have uploaded the stuff. Taking their services means fully damaging your stuff. And OMX packers and movers if you want to discuss more on this, then be ready to return the amount taken from me with interest and the amount to pay for damages and the behavior of your staff. Packaging I need to check how the things are inside. 1. They were in such a hurry that they didn't even want to wait and keep the things wherever we want. 2. You should be ready for lift and stairs as well. If you don't want to shift there where lift is not available do not accept the order. They kept most of the things down only, where we want them to keep the bed, cupboard and table. Now, the problem is we are not able to move it where we want as it's heavy. 3. They were in such a hurry that they didn't bother to leave as soon they were removing the material. 4. We have shifted here from outstation before 2 months and the way they have kept our things that's really appreciating. 5. I think the reviews are fake only. I am not at all satisfied for the service given. Check the way they office chair is kept. 6. If you want to take service from OMX then when they will unload the material, do check every box in front of them, check how are they keeping the things, check how they dismantle the chairs and do the keep it as it is or they leave it like that only. 7. I specifically told them nothing to keep in the ayurvedic powder box but they have put so many things in that. 8. Take the insurance from them or else they will not receive your calls, no reply for messages. 9. Be careful before taking service from OMX, they are actually frod and don't pay them till the time you check your belongings.
