Unreasonably expensive and opportunistic experience. I was charged ₹13,000 just to shift my house within the same building, only three floors down. I had agreed to the quote after being convinced by their "professional approach" on WhatsApp and the positive reviews (which now seem forcefully requested). To my disappointment, nothing professional was used—no bubble wrap for expensive items, just 5–6 carton boxes and a few plastic bags. Fragile bar glasses worth lakhs were carried in open steel mesh baskets. The workers themselves did a decent job, but they were clearly surprised when I told them the amount charged. The company had claimed 5–6 hours of work as justification for the high cost, but the entire job was done in 3 hours. When I asked them to at least reduce the bill by 1–2k, they outright refused, despite knowing it was unreasonable. I feel cheated—not because of the effort of the workers, but because of the false promises and unethical pricing from the company. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
