Highly professional and proficient team. The group of 8 members was very understanding of our needs and worked well together. Mr. Hemendra also arranged for an extra vehicle without any additional charge as there were more items than he estimated. The team arrived on time as agreed upon and started working right away. Packing was done very professionally and they took extra precautions by waterproofing some items as there were dark clouds around. This proved helpful because there was a torrential downpour just as they started loading the vehicle. The team did not grumble even though there were many bulky items that needed to be shifted from first and second floors through a narrow stairway. They wrapped every single item with foam blankets and then with plastic wrap to make them waterproof. We are extremely happy with the team as there were many fragile items (especially the artwork which has delicate frames and glass) and there wasn't any damage. All in all the service was great and the price was completely justifiable and worth every rupee. Truly deserving of the 5 star rating.
