I am having a horrible experience with Sharma packer while moving my household items from Agra to Bangalore. They initially promised delivery within 3-4 days, but it has been more than 10 days, and my belongings have still not arrived. They keep making excuses—first saying the truck needs repairs, then claiming their mobile was stolen. They have already changed the truck and driver multiple times, making it impossible to track my shipment. Their behavior is extremely unprofessional, and they constantly lie about the status of the delivery. On top of that, they forced us not to take insurance, which now feels like a deliberate attempt to put our belongings at risk. I strongly advise against using their services if you want a smooth and reliable relocation.
