If I had a chance to give u zero rating I would love to do tat . Gati is such an irresponsible courier service . I got my bike transported . They even took packing charges too and they just covered my bike with just a rug sack . When my bike was delivered there were so many damages . I contacted the gati manager, hes from ernakulam office . He initially responded nicely and he told tat he enquired the delivery office, confirmed tat the damages were due to mistakes in packing and they will refund the packing amount and can't refund for the damages coz the transportation is not insured . Den its been almost a month now , no refunds and they are not responding properly too . So if you want your goods to be transported ,try some other good courier service with better customer service

Very bad service I paid 4 time more payment than India post for fast delivery but my consignment not yet delivered. I waste my two days to wait for them.

Very irresponsible. Part of my shipment is lost. In the slip it is clearly written that there are 3 boxes. But they delivered me only 2. The person is so irresponsible that he asked me to check with the office where I booked the consignment. Still I have not received it.

Very bad experience with gati... Poor packing of item . Careless handling etc...i hav snt my bike through gati to patiala last month , I caused very bad experience , my bike got fully damaged when arrived the destination. I report this issue to gati allepy office and they neglected the issue

Very poor delivery. They will deliver only after keeping the good 10 days in their office. These kind of extremely poor courier services are the major factor for tarnishing the reliability of good online retailers such as flipkart. A BIG NO TO GATI ALAPPUZHA

Very bad service from the office staff

The person who take this delivery partnership from gati is absoulutly an a idiot. He did not deliver the products to customers. He is ordering to us for collect our home delivery consignment products from their shop at alleppey town. I have two shipment with this idiots. I called them and ask for delivery. After 4 days they still keep in their hand and I didn't get my products. Worst service. Absolutely Gati will lost all shipment service to alleppy because of this idiot partner. Dear Bloody idiot Gati dealer at alleppy If you can't work for them just leave their service. So Someone who need to work with them will get the service.
