If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was the most frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. They sent only two guys for a job that clearly needed four, even after I had told them in advance that the elevator wasn’t working. Instead of taking responsibility, they had the audacity to push me to go out to the market and bring extra labor myself! Can you imagine paying a company and then being made to do their job for them? The driver was beyond rude — constantly yelling, abusing, and creating chaos. He didn’t let the workers do their job properly and behaved like he was doing me a favor. And when it came time to place the furniture, they just dumped things halfway, refused to complete the work, and walked off. I was left stranded and had to call three more people from another source to finish everything. When I called the owner, hoping he’d at least take responsibility, he was rude, arrogant, and simply disconnected the call. No apology, no accountability — just excuses. And after all this, they still charged a hefty amount for this pathetic excuse of a service. Please, do not hire this company under any circumstances. I booked this company based on the reviews here on Google but it seems they are all from their friends and family or paid reviews as their service and behaviour was beyond pathetic. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have zero regard for customers. I wouldn’t wish this kind of experience on anyone.
