I have moved intracity at Udaipur. These guys have helped me through out with their excellent service. The bill was at a bit of higher side but the service justified the bill. The team who had done the job was extremely professional and well trained. All the packaging was excellent and I didn't have any issue of spillage or break. Next thing is they have taken care of all the fragile items separately which I really liked. Over all the service was meticulously good. Anyone can trust them blindly if there is a concern of shifting.

I sent my 17 feet long Isuzu S cab D Max from Udaipur to Delhi. I met Mr Brijinder after talking to 4 or 5 transporters. I found Brijinder ji to be far more professional and clear in his communication and business dealings. He not only gave an extremely competitive price, but he also got the vehicle delivered at Delhi within 2 days. He ensured smooth handover to the recipient at Delhi. Would recommend R S Transport whole heartedly.

Multiple issues I faced with the company: 1. They said, they have their own transport, that was a lie they subcontracted the entire stuff to a third party. 2. The packing guys arrived 2.5 hours late at the sight, without enough packing material, which delayed the entire process and in evening the truck left without taking the complete stuff stating "No entry" will start. 3. I realsied that there is no single proof in my hand which says the truck has taken all my stuff worth in lacs. 4. When I told the same to the owner, he was not at all apologetic that I don't have bilty for the stuff being transported. He was rather asking me to release the 50% of the advance amount. he relased a soft copy bilty with a very heavy heart as if he was oblising me, when I resfused to pay 50% by risking all my stuff in his control and in transit on the highway. 5. I was so worried about my whole stuff, I cannot put into the words. Worst Experience of dealing with the company.

Their words get manipulated from time to time, worse behaviour without basic sense, they themselves are not taught how to speak with customers. They will take your items at first with the prices that is done mutually. Later, they will start changing the prices that items got increased, labours cost increased as etc etc, and thus they will not move your items until their change in prices get finalized or paid. Let me also mention that the size of their box is 1 ftX 1ft X 1ft, in order to increase your items number. Whereas, there are other companies whose box size is larger than this. I had one time experience, worse to worst it was, won't recommend to any.

Very authentic and must considerable for local and regional jobs, also undertake nation wide trasport jobs; management and staff both give an immersive approach to the job with utmost care and responsible attitude alongwith being interacting politely with the clients. One must consider.

Very good and well experience team on ground to handle household from one place to other safely and securely with proper packing as per nature of item. I will give full out of full number in case of ratting.
