Such pathetic company, neha the spokes person is pathetic and dosent know how to speak,made me kept waiting from 3 in afternoon till 8 in evening, atb3 they said we are coming at 3:30, at 3:30 they said 5, at 5 they didn't come and stoped receiving my call, at 5:45 they said they will come at 6:30, at 6:45 they said they will come in 20 mins, then at 7 their driver called and said he will come in 20 mins, when at 7:45 I called neha said what can I do and when asked how long do I need to wait she started speaking in high pitched voice and started getting angry on me stating it was not her fault, they finally reached my apartment after 8, according to association rules no shifting after 8 so entry was denied, the driver came and saw the luggage and said he will come back at 8 next day morning, i called neha asking why I was made to wait so long and what professionalism they have as business, she called and then told the driver not to come next day and when I called the driver to confirm he said I am driver pls speak to neha mam , this is after the driver had confirmed, i called back neha to ask why , she said we will refund the deposit, I said you wasted one full day and now denying service out of ego, she disconnect the call and on repeated calling she didn't refund the amount and also blocked my number. She behaved in ego when it was her fault by send the driver for my booking to a different place and tried justifying that what can she do there were other bookings. After paying advance and not getting service and wasting my entire day I feel she or the company who have high headed people like her should not be in business at all.

This carrier is worst in service, they destroyed my bike during transit. Never recommend .
