I recently used Global Trans Packers and Movers for moving within Bangalore city and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The team was punctual, professional, and handled all my belongings with great care. Packing was neat and organized, and the delivery was on time without any damage. Their communication throughout the process was smooth and transparent. I would definitely recommend them for a stress-free moving experience.

Global Trans Packers & Movers Bangalore is a straight up SCAM. Trust me when I say this or suit yourself, but DO NOT believe the positive reviews you see. Our experience was the complete opposite of those "fake" reviews. It’s been 3 months since they have taken our money, failed to deliver our items, and then conveniently disappeared. Whatever little they did deliver, like a part of the sofa and few other household items like a sandwich maker, was either broken or treated like trash. Only a part of the sofa was delivered, which too arrived completely ruined and in filthy condition because someone removed all the packaging, and a fool even scribbled docket numbers with a permanent marker on multiple sides of the sofa. Who even does that and how foolish and careless can a transport team be? To make things worse, they subcontracted the entire job to South Eastern Cargo Movers, another useless group that refuses to pick up calls, and who then subcontracted it further to Bluedart. Both companies keep blaming each other, take 0 responsibility, and are absolutely terrible and a nightmare to deal with. Our belongings were supposed to go from Bangalore to Delhi. Instead, these geniuses sent everything to West Bengal, and now it’s practically lost. No updates, no accountability, and nobody answers the phone anymore. Honestly, it’s safer to send your items with a donkey than trust and give the consignment to this "sorry excuse for a transport company". Global Trans Bangalore is a scam through and through. If you hand over your belongings to them, be prepared to lose them, get them destroyed, or spend months chasing people who don’t have the guts to even answer a call. Avoid this mess completely. Update: He has replied here to contact him for resolution, but I've tried to call him around 100+ times in last week, but no response from this guy. Absolute trash company

Good service for two-wheeler transport. I sent my Honda vehicle, and it was delivered safely without any damage. Packing was neat, and the team was cooperative. Waseem handled everything politely and responsive throughout the process. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free service.

Terrible experience — do not trust this packers and movers company. Our move from Bangalore to Hyderabad turned into a nightmare, all thanks to this unprofessional and dishonest service provider. After pickup in Bangalore, things went downhill once the truck reached Hyderabad. The team flatly refused to start unloading unless we cleared the remaining balance upfront (which was only 10% of the total invoice). We asked them to first confirm that all our belongings had arrived safely, then they kept our TV aside in the driver’s cabin and went ahead with unloading the rest. Once unloading was done, we realized that a few items were missing. When we raised the issue and said we would pay only after receiving everything, they resorted to threats — saying they would take the TV and the couple of more items back if we didn’t make the full payment immediately. Left with no real choice, we were forced to pay the remaining amount just to get back our TV and avoid losing more items. This seems to be their standard tactic — use pressure and intimidation to force payment, regardless of whether they’ve delivered everything or not. Despite multiple follow-ups and false promises (including one where they claimed the missing items would be delivered within two hours), we received nothing. It has now been several weeks, and they’ve completely stopped answering our calls. To make matters worse, they even damaged our sofa during the move — and again, no one took responsibility. Once they’ve taken your money, they completely wash their hands of the situation. No accountability, no support, and no resolution. Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews — they appear highly questionable now. This company is only interested in your money, not in delivering your belongings or honoring any commitment. Avoid them at all costs. Attached images of items that are lying in their place in Bangalore (which they themselves sent) and broken sofa leg for reference. Update: Team took actions and Received remaining missing items in a week after writing below review.

Prompt service. Good packaging and handling. Had to send single item with glass from Bangalore ti Kerala, and it was promptly and safely delivered. Recomended for sure

Recently this Nov, i transferred all my stuff from BLR to Kolkata. Wasim was very prompt, right from estimation to providing time to time updates. Their packing team was excellent. They delivered it in a week. None of the stuffs were damaged. They updated us on the truck status. I strongly recommend Wasim and their team. Thank you
