Mass Packers and Movers Pvt Ltd

I never saw such a worst packers and movers, they will very much interested in getting orders, once material packed after that they don't pick up your calls. They will keep on giving false information about you package transit state. It was biggest mistake that I choosen Mass packers and movers. I transferred house hold items from Hosur to Chhattisgarh, totally 43 packages, they forget to load one item from their hub, also washing machine was fully damaged. While loading they said that it will take 7 to 10 days but items reached destination after 27 days. For insurance claim i am trying to contact them but they are picking up my phone call. So please my kind advice is to go with other packers.

They are such an unprofessional packers and movers, I wouldn't call them packers & movers they don't have proper logistics to do the service and they were relying on some other vendors. On 17.04.2023 they shifted my home from Bangalore to Tamilnadu but I got my consignments after 5 days and my TV, brand new trolleys, and chairs were broken in a broken state. They didn't even tell me about the details of the shipping mode( Part or Direct) and insurance if this was communicated I wouldn't have chosen these guys. To date, I didn't get any reimbursement for the damaged items, I am tired of calling them, and whenever I call they aren't picking up my phone only. I completely lost my patience with these guys such a irresponsible customer support. Guys don't even have a second thought just ignore this company. To Answer your comments, I wasn't informed about the insurance and shipping mode during the inquiry, when your company is genuine you should've send me the quotation with Insurance when I called for the inquiry. Do you have answer for that? why your enquiry team didn't tell about insurance and shipping mode? The total damage caused to me is 35k but you offered only 3.5 k which only 10% and you are asking me to agree for that. Still wondering what is the point of choosing professional packers and movers for relocation. Its your responsibliity to relocate the things safely thatsy we are paying you. You broke the things and you are telling I haven't not opted for insurance, wow what an answer..

Worst service ever. Once they collect parcel they'll charge you double.

If I can give a zero star, I would have for their pathetic mishandling, unprofessional and unresponsive behavior. Pictures speak a thousand words, what they have done to my fridge you can see in the pictures. It is very clear that someone literally banged some  sharp object to the front door of the fridge. And sides are like it has fallen from some height. HARSH BOTHRA  told me he will discuss with the seniors and will get back to me. He never did nor he is picking up the phone now. DONOT HIRE THIS FIRM.

These people are cheaters...they have done partial delivery and don't pick the call...they have done reviews here from themselves or from their relatives...check Bothra' s review for example Latest update, see the quality of the delivery...if you want to waste your money and time, then chose them...they are best at it

If i can give minus rating I will give -5, very worst service , don't go with them , very unprofessional, just like a thieves, after payment always rude talk , they don't know how to work just they have opened . They will make false promise in the name of iba approved but their service is too worst
