My Choice Packers and Movers Bangalore | Best Packers and Movers in Kadugudi

Booked these guys after a lot of research and going by the positive google reviews, my experience with My Choice has been pathetic in terms of extremely poor customer service. I had booked them to move my belongings from Bangalore to Pune in March 25. They have been unable to keep up with tall claims of flawless handling and managing delivery timeframe. They have not heeded any attention towards my insurance claim, since a lot of my belongings were broken due to poor handling. My car was delivered after a lot of delay too having to chase multiple vendors! I am amazed how the manager (Vikram Singh) from Bangalore has not had the courtesy to return phone calls despite chasing him for damaging my furniture and other glass items (additional insurance opted). Please note all the labours in Bangalore and Pune demanded extra stating too many items( items as per original quote) which was paid as a good will gesture. I would not recommend these guys in terms of trust, value for money or even basic customer service.

We had booked to shift from Rammurthynagar. They are not reliable at all. They charged us extra for a lot of things. So be careful, might not stick to their original quoted price.
