MyMovers Packers and Movers

I had an extremely disappointing experience with My Movers Packers and Movers. I booked a dedicated vehicle for my delivery by 6/7/24 - Saturday afternoon due to society restrictions, and they promised delivery between 3 to 5 PM at the latest. Despite arriving on time for packing, they didn't have enough lamination rolls and failed to properly protect my TV and music system. They assured me this would be done at their warehouse, but it wasn't. On the day of the move, coordination was abysmal. Movement coordinator Sangeetha delayed sharing the driver's contact and provided a wrong number. The fraud (Mr. Vikas) gave me false ETAs throughout the day. I got my delivery at 11:10 PM. To my shock, my belongings were drenched, boxes were wet, and my new mattress was dirty. The movers were rude and demanded payment before unloading. Thankfully, my neighbors intervened, forcing them to unload before payment. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid dealing with Anand (MD), Sangeetha, and Vikas to save yourself from a similar ordeal. My AirPods are missing; I think these guys took them when they came for packing.

Recently I used its service and it was pathetic. Even insisting them many times, they have not packed the sofa and shifted it. My 1lac costing sofa got damaged due to their carelessness and they have stopped picking call due to fear of compensation. Thier work is completely unprofessional & they shift assets without safety consideration. Their google reviews are paid one & pics might be fake. Work is highly unprofessional and no accountability for your loss. Pls avoid this fake fraud company

Very Unprofessional – Damaged My Items and Ignored Complaints Don't go with all positive feedback.all fake and must be paid ones.. I had a very bad experience with this movers and packers company. Several of my items were damaged due to careless handling, and they clearly did not pack things properly. What’s worse, when I tried contacting them multiple times to raise a complaint, I received no response at all. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Once the job is done and payment is made, they simply stop responding. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and safe moving experience.
