From the beginning, they were unresponsive and every time they contacted us, it was only to ask for money. They deliberately avoided phone calls later. They intentionally arranged a smaller vehicle, despite knowing the volume of household goods, and forced us to leave some materials behind. During transportation, several household items were damaged due to careless handling. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and caused mental stress and financial loss. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
