I used their service to have my artifacts delivered to my university museum, but I received broken items. Additionally, after the package arrived, they charged me extra money, even though we were already leaving Bhopal. This has been the worst experience of my life. Not only did I receive damaged products, but they also charged me additional fees. The staff was unprofessional and rude on the phone once they realized we had already left Bhopal and were on our way to our city. I strongly advise against using their service.

When I finally received my belongings, they were in terrible condition. They didn’t pack the masala dabba properly, causing all the masala to spill over my clothes and utensils. A plastic rack I had also got broken. Despite all this, when I raised the issue with the owner, he spoke to me rudely and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. I strongly advise everyone not to use their service. Both the owner and the service are extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
