I recently used shivani Packers for my shifting, and the experience was excellent. The staff was extremely supportive, professional, and well-coordinated. This company not preferred even one star also I had a very bad experience with this moving and packing service. During the move, several of my belongings were damaged, including my **TV, sofa, and table**. It was clear that the items were not packed or handled properly. The TV screen was cracked, the sofa had tears and stains, and the table legs were broken. I expected professional service and careful handling of my things, but that was not the case. There was **no proper communication** or apology after the damage, and I have not received any compensation or resolution so far. I do **not recommend** this company to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible moving service. Please be cautious before booking with them.

worst experience they have packed my all house hold items on 9th April 2024 and shifted in Bhopal's godown and today it's 25th April 2024 and still my all material have not been dispatched from Bhopal, everytime when I called they simply say Sir I have no any truck yet to load your material and before taking payment they were saying we will load and dispatch material within minimum 2-3 days or maximum 7 days.

Always happy with there services because all staff...... Members are very supportive person and very quick and fast package for all households goods. Because all items was package for great quality materials uses.
