Very poor experience with Starway packers and movers from Pune to Jaipur. By booking private vehicle also they deliver goods late, it took 4 complete days for transit post packaging and goods got delivered on 5th day morning from Pune to Jaipur. They gave a quotation initially, but after loading the goods they started demanding extra money for multiple reasons that were never mentioned earlier. This felt completely unprofessional and misleading. I had also purchased insurance coverage, but some household items were missing during transit, they did not provide proper support or compensation. They kept delaying responses and avoided responsibility for claiming insurance for in transit damage caused. The team was in a hurry in unpacking and get document signed so customer can’t check goods properly, packing quality was bit standard, and customer support after delivery was almost vague blaming all faulty part on customer. Once payment was completed, their behavior changed and follow-up became very difficult. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
