But I am very pleased to say that my goods were packed impeccably and moved to the locations in a timely manner and without any damage. My experience with Cloud Packers was excellent. Mr. Birendra Jena was the point of contact for my bike transport and handled all the paperwork with great professionalism and humility. I shipped my bike from Bhubaneswar (BBSR) to Bangalore (BLR), and it was delivered within a week. The packaging was done extremely well, and the bike arrived safely in perfect working condition. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. My bike was damaged during transport, and although they initially promised compensation, they have not followed through. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but now they’ve stopped picking up my calls entirely. This kind of service is unacceptable. If a company can’t honor its own commitments or communicate with customers after a problem arises, it raises serious concerns about their reliability. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values their belongings or expects basic accountability. If you’re thinking of using them, think twice. I trusted them and got silence in return.

Ne of the wrost packers and movers I have seen, good items are broken during transit, delivery is not good and too bad service. during transit mattress got wet during rain I have shifted from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar

my consignment no- 10628. this is the worst and scam packers and movers that you will encounter. they will give you the lowest quote and quickest time and will behave very nicely till your item is packed. after that they will give another much higher bill saying there are extra items, and will ask extra money for the packing also. the time for delivery told to me was 10 days and after calling everyday for 4 weeks they told that it'll be shipped soon. when i threatened to go the police they even told to go ahead and that they will ship after i file the case. please go with some other reputed packers and movers who atleast have a headoffice who you can complain to. my items were picked on nov 28th 2025 and as of this review on 19 Dec I'm yet to receive the tracking id or even a proper bill. Also, the positive reviews in google are fabricated by their own local people. you can see yourself that the positive reviews will be from local guides and almost every others review is negative (unfortunately i identified this much later). i will update this as and when any further action occurs on this.
