I had recently given my Pulsar 150 with KA registration for packaging and loading. The person who came to take my bike assured me that he will send a photo after packaging. I shared my issues of parts being damaged as a reason for good padding. 2 days later I call him back for a simple update where i respectfully asked him why he didn't send me a photo before loading the bike. To which he has replied very rudely and giving me reasons like it's not my job to see your bike only and you should've reminded me for a photo it's not my job.. Very rude staff. Please ge his attitude checked. He works in bhubaneswar and is a middle aged man.
