NEVER HIRE them. WORST SERVICE. From starting Amichand (aka Amit Gour) has lied to me. When he came to my house to review the items he made a bill of 15k to move household material from Haryana to Hyderabad and said material will leave on 26 Dec. He is an old person so i trusted him and booked them. Then he sent his people for packing. This person was on phone all the time and packing with one hand. We told him to bubble wrap utensils but he denied. So we had to do it and he went out talking on phone. He was just telling kuch nai hota samaan pohanch jayega. Then they took the packed material to their godown. Now Amit calls me and says insurance toh karana padega and tv wooden cage will be made so now the bill is 20k. (When he came he said no need of insurance or tv cage). No problem that’s for safety so i agreed and paid the money. The material left on 28 Dec instead of 26 Dec. I travelled to Hyderabad and received it on time by "DELHIVERY" which is great BUT When I opened the package crockery, utensils and washing machine are broken. So badly damaged that a hard material like cooker was broken, it felt like they threw washing machine somewhere. Even the IFB person mentioned that its physical damage. Item were so much mishandled that crockery plates got hole in them and many other things damaged. I reported this to him within a week and he said you can’t claim insurance as you have to report in 2 days. Now how can i unpack all the household items in 2 days alone? And get washing machine installed in 2-3 days. He has bluntly denied help and the Reliance insurance agency is also not responding. Worst experience from Central Cargo Chandigarh. Total fraud. The moment you pay Mr. Amit his tone will change and he won’t have any accountability. Check the photos I had to spend ~5000 on washing machine repair.

Would not recommend at all. I wanted to rate them 0, as that’s what they deserve. My entire crockery was broken, and despite having insurance, they refused to compensate for the damage.
