Communication with Mr. Vinod was unhelpful and rude; no tracking ID provided. Three months later, my luggage remains missing. Worst Cargo packers and movers! They are fake DHL service.They have different mobile numbers and different addresses on the name on 'DHL Cargo Packers Movers". The main person behind all these fake movers is "Vinod". This person handles everything and is extremely rude and abusive. They charge way more than what they quote. Also, delivery is not on time. I was told that my stuff will be delivered in 10-15 days but it was delivered after 2 months. They gave me a tracking number which was invalid. On repeatedly asking about the stuff location and delivery time, Vinod used foul language and disconnected the call and never picked up. My stuff was delivered in extremely bad condition. I would advice people to STAY AWAY from these fraud people.
