Very worst. Owner herself is a fraud. She won't attend a call once her employees got cash. When we ask for fully packed ,she sent little cardboard boxes n she promised that as a Owner she won't cheat and pleased for full settlement promised she will send persons with boxes the next day. After that she won't attend the call. Worst Owner. Don't go for this packers n movers. Only money minded
I shifted to coimbatore to chennai recently.. While loading in coimbatore we asked for a closed truck for transportation they too agreed and sent us a closed truck where they have loaded the things. After loading they said it will reach by one day late and we too agreed that.After a day truck came we literally shocked.. The truck which was arrived is open truck .. Our things was partially damaged and missed three boxes of things. We asked truck concerned person he said tyre got punctured so we changed to another truck. Opened truck and closed truck rates are different i paid the higher rate.. Tried to convey this issue to sangeetha owner madam but she didnt pick the call. After 3 hrs she picked she listened to everything all i said but poor response from her side.. Makkale.. dont go with this company toatlly FRAUD, IRRESPONSIBLE AND WASTE OF MONEY AND NOT SECURE.
Very bad packers, damaged lot of my furnitures, she is a fraud, neither arranged unloading person nor picked my call while vehicle reached the destination. Don't get cheated by reviews from just dial.
They are not giving our things after many follow ups. Mostly fraud.
