Recently I had shifted my household goods and Bike to Chennai from Paradeep, Odisha through M/s Swaraj Packers and Movers. It was a wonderful experience. Very well handled by them from Start to finish. Perfect packing, smooth transportation and on time delivery with Reasonable Cost. I highly recommend them.
The team worked quickly but with full care. They packed all items neatly and ensured no breakage or loss during the transit. Even fragile items were delivered safely.
I shifted my home from orrisa to gujrat, I hired swaraj Packers and Movers for the procedure to take place. Their team arrived on time and patiently packed and loaded all my goods to the truck and unloaded at the desired place. Totally, I liked the experience with swaraj Packers and Movers. user Overall excellent job...in genuine price. Highly recommended
I took their services from Paradeep, Odisha to Ahmedabad, Gujarat and 1 box out of 3 washed out in rain. Pictures are attached for reference. The cheaper the worse…. Truth is they don’t know how to handle customers. Things can happen bad but not resolving the issue is much even worse. Even after contacting over phone and WhatsApp, the owner who’s number is visible Mr.Ashish is neither picking phone nor being responsive over WhatsApp. Once he said in Dec,21 that he will do after the closing year end but today till Jan’22 there is no reply from him. He may be thought that customer one day will fed up and he will forget all these things and he will escape from this but GOD knows that you will not able to escape from him. Im not writing to harm anyones business but to warn every customer that be wise in choosing courier services for your items because your items are more valuable than any courier services, because customer satisfaction is also a big deal. Swaraj Courier services may be cheaper but customer services are worst, may be M/s Swaraj will able to reply over this review and clear to all.
