If there were a competition for the most pathetic, dishonest and utterly careless relocation service in India, this company would win effortlessly. I had the grave misfortune of choosing them to move my hatchback car and scooter from Kolkata to Lucknow after a job change. They took ₹21,000 promptly from me on 30-Sep-2025 with all the sweetness - plus ₹1,000 that the drivers took just to drive my vehicles from New Town to Dankuni. They promised I’d get my vehicles in 7–10 days. That’s when my nightmare began. After a week, I started calling for updates. What followed was an endless circus of lies, excuses and hollow promises. Every day brought a new story, each more ridiculous than the last. I had to chase, beg and remind them just to do the job they were already paid for. At one point, I even involved local police. The man running this so-called business was so shameless that he said I could file an FIR against him and it "wouldn’t affect anything." Later, I found out he had outstanding dues with another transporter - and I was the unlucky customer caught in his mess. Meanwhile, I was struggling daily without my vehicles, walking long distances because public transport in my area is poor. I explained my situation multiple times, but he was as indifferent as a rock. After about 15–20 days, I was casually told my vehicles were still in Dankuni. Finally - after 26 miserable, frustrating days - my car showed up on 27-Oct-2025. The scooter arrived a few days later. And yes, the delivery people demanded another ₹500 for the car and ₹300 for the scooter. When I opened the car, I was speechless. It looked like it had been through a dirt rally. The once-clean interior was coated in filth. My belongings were stolen - a beautiful Lord Ganesha idol ripped off the dashboard, branded T-shirts, gym items, a duffle bag, screwdriver set and a brand-new tyre inflator - all gone. Even the car cleaning staff were disgusted by the condition. The scooter? I didn’t even have the heart to check anymore. And as if this wasn’t enough, I kept calling the man afterward for compensation - not just for the theft, but for the harassment and mental agony his service caused. Initially, he pretended he would "look into it." Now, he simply ignores all calls and WhatsApp messages. Silence - the last refuge of a business with no shame left. I’ve given up hope of getting anything back, but I sincerely wish his business suffers a hundred times the pain, frustration and loss that he caused me. Maybe then he’ll understand what real accountability means. To anyone reading this: never, ever trust this company with your belongings. They don’t just mishandle your vehicles - they rob you of your peace of mind, your time and your faith in basic honesty. Stay away. You’ll thank yourself later.

Extremely horrible service. I am bothering to comment despite not doing so normally. Bike was moved from Delhi on the 21st of Jan and they still do not know where it is. They ignore most of the calls and give out vague descriptions of supposed location and keep telling me it will arrive tomorrow. At this point I am just hoping it gets back in one piece. Many of us bothering to comment because we have faced these frustrations. So, I hope avoid this service provider and opt for a different one.

My experience with Globe Relocation & Cargo Pvt Ltd was extremely disappointing. Mr. Atul, who runs the company, took money from me under the promise of relocation and insurance services. After payment, he blocked my number and stopped responding. Not only were the documents provided edited and non-genuine, but my furniture and TV were also delivered broken, leaving me with financial loss and damaged belongings.
