Shipped my bike from Kokkata to Hyderabad. Till pickup everything was okay. After pickup, they did update anything even after multiple followups. Did not follow packing instructions and damaged the front fender of my bike. They did not meet their promised ETA and even did not care to uodate any tracking information. Even during followup, the person named as Chandan Raut was ignorant on the expectation that he should have updated. After damage, even after paying extra for insurance, still have not got any amount or any sort of communication. Its been 3 months till now. My friend has also used their service and his tv has been broken. The only fact that I heard after damage is " Just clean it, its just a spot"

I recently transported my car from Kolkata to Hyderabad. Really pleased with their service. Minimal driving was done for door pickup and delivery. Mr Chandan was very helpful and kept giving proper updates and my car reached in 3 days. Would recommend
