I had worst experience of life in dealing with this company. I had taken there service to shift my wooden bed from indore to pune and have paid them upfront for shifting. They took around 15 days to deliver my order and they told me that it will take only 4-5 days.After around 15 days they delivered my order on the day when it was continously raining. As you see in image below there mini truck was open and my bed and mettress were completely wet. There warehouse is in chakkan and they deliver it to wagholi which is 30 km away. Never imagine a person any packaging company will do this to wooden bed. Secondly bed was damaged. Thirdly and most importantly they have not sent any labour which can put lugguage to my flat, just one driver and who was also very rude. I paid 1000 rupees from my pocket to move this bed to my flat. Once you will order and pay money they will not take your phone call. They will not take care of your goods as they dont care for it. At the day of delivery I called them 25 times but they will not respond. I did not want to post this review and so again call them next day for explaination but they don't care.Never thought that such worst experience will happen to me.
