Mettur Transports (mSs) Parcel - Dharapuram

Pathetic service . Fails every time . And doesn’t show any responsibility in improvement in action .

Pack it properly before sending the parcel don't rely on their packing.. next day you pick up the item in kalasipalyam.. if you are sending to other location they will put in the office larger area.. there are more rats.. it damaged my bed and no one will respond on those damage issues..it's wasted. Two times for different items i faced issues

One of the worst parcel service. Avoid them. They have scribbled all over my suitcase with permanent markers. my 10k worth suitcase is gone thanks to them. apart from them they charge loading/unloading charge once in dpm and once in Chennai. The chennai parcel office is worst. worst customer service they never pick the calls.if you vist their chennai branch you would never opt for their service. Worst, pathetic

Writting this review for Mss parcel service in Palani.. my bike got transported through mss. They handled with inappropriate and made huge damage to my bike(photo attached).. so pls do not send u r two wheeler.

They don't deserve a 1 star rating too. They are taking 2 to 3 days minimum to reach the destination. But they are advertising like Next day delivery.

Parcel service is very worst. They not even proper response to your query. Customer care is worse then this, they don't receive call of query. I would refer zero *..
