I booked logistics from Erode to Bangalore, and I asked the team to reach the destination a little bit early, i.e., by 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm, because of the rainy season, but they reached the destination around 6.30 pm, and by that time, it was raining too. I had a very bad experience that time because of the driver in Erode. He started around 11.00 am via the highway. Because of the permit, his driving skills were very careless in reaching the destination on time, and while booking, I mentioned to him that it's the 3rd floor, but after shifting the items, the shifters demanded that I give an amount, so I paid 600 (3*200). Seriously, you guys should work on the commitment that you are promising to your customers. Furthermore, try to fulfil the commitment that you are promising to the customers.
