Indian Highway Packers and Movers

This is to share an information that might be of importance that yesterday I tried service from "Indian Highway Packers And Movers" for my shifting and the experience was pathetic, they are just a bunch of deaf people who are rude and thieves, so please avoid. They have all fake good reviews so, if u want real review ask for the reference... My transfer was delayed by bank as the HDFC server was under maintenance from 2:45 AM. Till 5:30 A.M, I shared the snapshot as well but still he started behaving rude and said I will not leave your house until I receive amount and after he received payment started asking for more money to travel back on which I had to call police to sort out and police kicked him out after confirming that he received the amount we agreed upon. I got saved coz I had the proof of payment. So in case if you take their service DO NOT pay in cash otherwise he may ask for money again and deny that you have already paid. Paying to employees is owners responsibility and nobody asked your staff to wait and whole world knows that if the payment is initiated and snapshot has been generated no one can stop it from taking effect into other person account but the owner started behaving like a dacoit and forcefully asking for extra money and not leaving home until he gets it. Is that a behavior of a company? Better don't take any services from them.

Super packaging and quality work with reasonable price. They have got really good workforce who really work responsibly while shifting the goods. Owner is well behaving too.

I moved my household goods from Faridabad to Panchkula. Had an excellent experience dealing with Mr Rajesh ji, (owner) I noticed the following positives: 1. Responds quickly 2. Very fine pricing 3. Uses good quality cartons for packing 4. Adheres to the timelines 5. 50% upfront payment, balance at destination 6. All staff were efficient and did tasks as per our wishes. 7. Driver kept us updated on progress of trip and called us upon reaching the destination. Thanks Rajesh ji. Nice experience. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever seen. While moving from faridabad to Delhi most of the things got scratches and owner talk very rudely after that. Worst service ever seen. And they gather all fake reviews #reply to your comment : After receiving money that is how you treat your customers, public should know.
