Bad response, no proper transport connections - they take months to transport, don't properly communicate, keep lying that they already shipped the parcel but got to know that my bike is still there in the godown after 20 days when I directly visited as I had doubt and its side cap was broken. They don't give respect to customers. Overall had a worst experience. Don't choose this transport if u want your goods to be delivered on time safely
