Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers. After shifting to my new house, I noticed **dents on the almirah**, which clearly happened during transportation. On top of that, **oil, paint, and other items leaked**, damaging my household goods due to poor packing. They also **did not install the fan**, which was supposed to be part of the service. The delivery was **delayed beyond the time they committed**, causing unnecessary inconvenience. What’s even worse is their **lack of response**. I tried calling and messaging them multiple times to report the issues, but there has been **no response at all** from their side. Overall, this shows a lack of professionalism, poor service quality, and no accountability after payment. I would **not recommend** Agarwal Packers and Movers based on my experience.

There is no negative rating to be shared, that's why I have rated one. There charged complete fair before the work and didn't wrap half of the household Eventho, I repeatedly said not to bend the AC pipes, they have bent all the 3set of pipes which costed me 30k to replace or repair them They came for house visit and counted the furniture and gave a quotation, however after payment, we have got a smaller vechile which didn't fit in all the baggage and so they have forced and pushed in everything Delayed the shippment and arguing that they have never promised on the timeline of the shippment While unpacking they have cut all the wrapping material with knife, which left the scars on all the furniture and appliances For th transportation cost of 40,000 by this Agarwal packers and movers of Bade bhaiya which incurred a loss of 50,000 overall Local people would have done better work than these so called professionals When I said, i will be raising a complaint, they countered that, ok raise a complaint which will be missed in the lakhs of complaints we already have

I received my car in damaged condition as rear end camera is not working. The office staff doesn't respond to customer queries or complaints. They tell many lies in tracking the shipment. They make delay in delivery too. I didn't see reviews else I would have not opted this service. I got confused on original agarwal Packers and drs agarwal Packers. Don't believe their promises and don't pay any payment.i am placing the complaint on national consumer court.

Charged more after shifting and didn't bubble wrapped items. Some items were missing. Similarly happened with my friend where they shifted from Hyd to bangalore recently. Charged 26k and vehicle was shared with other items. Which caused delayed in shifting for 2 days. They didn't respond our calls and phone has been switched off. Very pathetic behavior or response given. Which they didn't elaborated the total process.

Very bad service and not at all timely, made the container wait for 2 days because they don't have staff
