Warning‼️ Never ever book this company’s service. Go for some professional services but not this one. Totally defaulter company, not at all reliable and professional. Book on your risk. The company has physically damaged our 65 inch Tv and they are not accepting their fault. Recently we booked their service from Basti to Noida with all household things to be delivered but in the end everything turned worst after we found our tv display was damaged. Firstly the person says it was broken after the arrival and then changed their statement that it was broken before packaging. The owner is not ready to talk to the technician as well so that he doesn’t have to pay any damage amount. No effort has been made to claim insurance for the damage rather arguing with customer trying proving that it’s customer fault. Forced their packaging staff to say that the tv was damaged at pickup before packaging although he tested and made video at the time of packaging but now he is unable to show the proof. Company also tried to prove that the damage is internal we are only responsible for external damage not at all trying to understand that the external force has resulted into internal damage. Claiming that we only provide protection to externally not internally, so dumb reply I have ever heard. The company is not even ready to talk with the tv company technician. Also challenged us to put complain in consumer court as they denied for any support to us. We read the reviews earlier and then took their service but now we regret it. Our only fault was that we didn’t unpacked the items in-front of their staffs and we over trusted them. No apologies no insurance support from the company, worst experience. I know the owner will reply on this with some of his unacceptable excuses. Anyway i had the worst experience ever.
